The CliftonStrengths assessment, is a personal development tool that identifies an individual's top talents from a list of 34 themes. I use it to help you discover what you naturally do best, how to develop your top strengths into greater performance, and use your unique talents for growth in your personal and professional life.

Can you explain the importance of understanding my bottom strengths?

The bottom strengths are where your energy is the lowest. It is important to learn how to identify when you "dip" into these so you can rise up and learn that your top strengths are where you are at your best!

What are some common obstacles your clients face, and how do you help them overcome these?

The most common obstacles are the mental leashes, stories that we create in our minds that are blocking them from getting the results they want. I help them to identify them and release them, creating a positive mental change that they CAN do anything.
